Fumihiko Ota
Fumihiko Ōta is a Japanese manga artist who started out as an assistant to Masanori Morita. His one-shot "Paint Man" received an honorable mention at Weekly Shōnen Jump's 79th Hop Step Award in September 1991, and after a further one-shot in a special issue the concept was developed into the 1993 serialization Genshoku Chōjin Paint Man.
