Gege Akutami
Gege Akutami (born 1992 in Iwate Prefecture) is a Japanese manga artist. After 'Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical School' ran in Jump GIGA in 2017, Akutami serialized 'Jujutsu Kaisen' in Weekly Shonen Jump from 2018 to 2024; the series received a TV anime in 2020, and its collected volumes surpassed 150 million copies in circulation as of December 2025. In 2025-2026 Akutami wrote the spin-off 'Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo', illustrated by Yuji Iwasaki.
