Hajime Kazu

Hajime Kazu (born September 19, 1971) is a retired Japanese female manga artist who was born in Tokyo and raised in Kanagawa. She debuted in 1994 with the one-shot Mind Assassin, published in a Weekly Shonen Jump special issue; her representative works are Mind Assassin (1994-1995) and Meiryotei Goto Seijuro (1997-1999), both serialized in the magazine. She later ran Karasuman (2001) and Kanagawa Isonan Futengumi (2003), and finally Luck Stealer in Jump Square (2007-2012); her art is noted for its sharp lines and sense of transparency.
