Haruna Mayuzuki

Haruna Mayuzuki (born September 12, 1951, in Uwajima, Ehime Prefecture) is a Japanese manga artist and animator. After moving to Tokyo in 1967 and studying under Toshio Shoji, he debuted in Shonen Gaho in 1969 and published his first serial, Animal Kyujo, in Weekly Shonen Jump in 1970, followed in the same magazine by works such as Namida no Gyakuten Homer, Kyusoku 0.25-byou! and Pro-Wres Sosamo. In 1971 he co-founded Seven Production, and as an animator he worked on in-between animation for Tokyo Movie productions such as Lupin III and Tensai Bakabon.
