Ippei Goto
Ippei Goto is a Japanese manga artist who debuted with the one-shot "HIYOTA GET..." in Jump NEXT! in spring 2011. Before serializing Hi-Fi Cluster, Goto published related one-shots in Weekly Shōnen Jump in 2012 and 2014; Naoshi Komi is among Goto's mentors.
