Katsuyuki Edamatsu
A Japanese manga artist and graduate of Tsu Technical High School in Mie Prefecture, he began his career writing his name in hiragana as Edamatsu Katsuyuki before switching to the kanji form. He serialized Deguchi Kyodai Funsenki in Weekly Shonen Jump in 1980, and his other series include the baseball manga Forever Shinji-kun and his best-known work, Jari Gaki 9.
