Kazumata Oguri

Kazumata Oguri (b. 1974, Tokyo) is a Japanese manga artist and children's book author. He earned a runner-up prize at the 40th Akatsuka Award in 1994 with 'Toufu no Kado' and debuted when it was published in Weekly Shonen Jump's 1994 Summer Special. He serialized Hanasaka Tenshi Tenten-kun in Weekly Shonen Jump from 1997 to 2000, which was adapted into a TV anime, and has also been active in children's books since 2008.
