Keiichi Kasugai
Manga artist from Okayama. After a one-shot in Weekly Shōnen Jump's 1985 Spring Special issue, Kasugai serialized Akaten Kyōshi Nashimoto Kotetsu in the magazine in 1986–1987. Returning to Okayama for family reasons after the series ended, Kasugai gave up manga after developing depression at 42 and now paints under the name HARUMARU.
