Keishu Ando
Keishū Ando (born 25 March 1969) is a manga artist and illustrator from Aichi Prefecture, based in Nagoya. Ando received an honourable mention (kasaku) in the 1989 Akatsuka Award for "Kazari ja Nai no yo Heavy Metal wa!?", and Kyūkyoku!! Hentai Kamen was adapted into the live-action film HK Hentai Kamen in 2013, followed by a sequel in 2016. Around 2000 Ando returned home and began working locally as an illustrator.
