Kentaro Yabuki

Kentaro Yabuki (born February 4, 1980) is a Japanese manga artist who won the Osamu Akimoto judges' special prize at the 14th Tenkaichi Manga Award in 1997 with 'MOON DUST' and debuted while still in high school, starting his first serial Yamato Gensoki at 18. He is best known for Black Cat, serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump from 2000 to 2004 and adapted into an anime; he also drew To Love-Ru, written by Saki Hasemi, and returned as writer-artist with Ayakashi Triangle in 2020.
