Masakazu Katsura

Masakazu Katsura (born December 10, 1962) is a Japanese manga artist, born in Fukui Prefecture and raised in Chiba. He debuted in Weekly Shonen Jump in 1981 with a one-shot, began his first serial, Wingman, in 1983, and worked mainly in that magazine before moving to Weekly Young Jump. His representative works include Wingman, Video Girl Ai and I"s, and he has fans in many countries and regions including Hong Kong, Taiwan, the United States and France.
