Motoei Shinzawa
Shinzawa was born in 1958 and is from Kashiwazaki, Niigata Prefecture. He is best known for 'High School! Kimengumi,' serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump and adapted into TV anime in 1985 and 2026 as well as a series of stage plays beginning in 2017. His other works include 'Sannen Kimengumi' and 'Boku wa Shitataka-kun.'
