Shiro Sugi
Sugi Shirō is one of the pen names of manga writer Shirō Tozaki, born in 1943 in Shimonoseki, Yamaguchi Prefecture. A former freelance editor at Weekly Shōnen Jump, Tozaki became a manga story writer and is best known for Astro Kyūdan (art by Norihiro Nakajima, 1972–1976). Under the name Eishi Ai, Tozaki also wrote Zero: The Man of the Creation (art by Kei Satomi).
