Takeshi Nomura

AT Lady! was published under のむら剛, the early pen name of Takeshi Okano, who was born in 1967 in Kashiwa, Chiba Prefecture, and graduated from Waseda University's School of Political Science and Economics. Okano debuted in 1987, received the nyūsen prize at the 28th Akatsuka Award in 1988 with AT Lady! under that pen name, and early in his career combined weekly serialization with an office job. As Takeshi Okano he later drew Jigoku Sensei Nube, written by Shō Makura, and its sequels.
