Togo Goto
Japanese manga writer from Osaka Prefecture. His story 'Phantom Seer' won recognition in the Jump Treasure newcomer awards in 2016, and its one-shot version drawn by Kento Matsuura won the 13th Gold Future Cup in 2018. He wrote the Weekly Shonen Jump series Phantom Seer (2020-2021) and Harukaze Mound (2025-2026), both illustrated by Matsuura.
