Yasumi Yoshizawa

Yasumi Yoshizawa (born January 8, 1950, in Yamanashi Prefecture) is a Japanese manga artist. Trained under Hiroshi Kaizuka, he debuted in Weekly Shonen Jump in 1970 with The Gutsy Frog (Dokonjō Gaeru), which was immediately serialized, became one of the magazine's early hit series and was adapted into anime twice. Its sequel, Shin Dokonjō Gaeru, was also serialized and animated.
