Yoshinori Kobayashi

Yoshinori Kobayashi (born 1953 in Fukuoka Prefecture) is a Japanese manga artist, critic and activist who debuted in 1976. He serialized the gag manga Todai Icchokusen in Weekly Shonen Jump from 1976 to 1979, and his later hit Obocchama-kun won the 34th Shogakukan Manga Award. Since launching Gomanism Sengen in 1992 he has also been active in social and political commentary.
