Yoshio Sawai

Yoshio Sawai (born March 14, 1977, in Toyohashi, Aichi) is a Japanese manga artist. He debuted in 2000 with the one-shot "Sanchū Shū Katsugeki" in Akamaru Jump. His signature gag manga Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo ran in Weekly Shonen Jump from 2001 to 2007 and became a hit with a TV anime and multiple video game adaptations, while his 2008 series Chagecha ended early after eight chapters.
