A school science-fiction comedy about Togashi Saizō, a first-year student at Tōkō Academy who was born a super-genius with an IQ of 300 thanks to the prenatal education his mother put her faith in. Nicknamed "Kaijin-kun", Saizō keeps inventing outlandish machines in his home workshop, throwing the baseball club captained by his older brother Yoshio — and the entire school — into chaos. It was Masutani's first serialized work.
